What to expect from a program

Each program is divided into weekly modules. A module typically includes one or two articles, a short reflection exercise and a practical activity. The material is designed to be completed in around 30 to 45 minutes per week.

There is no fixed schedule. You move at your own pace. Some people work through a program in the suggested timeframe; others take longer. Both approaches are fine.

These programs are educational resources. They provide information and structured learning, not medical or therapeutic treatment. If you are dealing with a health condition, consult a qualified professional.
